RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VNGD, every product is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Please review the product description, size guide, and color selection carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with our production partner to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
