VNGD Shipping Policy
Shipping destinations
VNGD currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States and the following destinations enabled in our European market: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Caribbean Netherlands.
We do not currently accept orders for delivery to the United Arab Emirates, Canada, or other destinations outside this list. Availability for your selected products and delivery address is confirmed at checkout.
Production time
Every VNGD piece is made to order. Production time varies depending on the product and the print provider fulfilling your order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production before dispatch. This is our stated planning allowance, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline; production may take longer if there are supplier delays. Shipping time is additional and starts after dispatch. We do not promise a fixed 2–5 business-day production time.
Shipping time and charges
Shipping time depends on the product, print provider, destination, and shipping service. Delivery estimates, where provided, are estimates rather than guarantees. Please refer to any shipping estimate shown for your order or contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Production and shipping are separate stages; a shipping estimate does not include production unless explicitly stated.
Tracking and separate shipments
Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. Products fulfilled by different print providers may arrive in separate shipments.
Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and other disruptions may affect delivery times.
